USB field & bench

Double-click on a Windows stick: glass chat GUI, auto-admin when the OS allows, FOSS diagnostics, clone/SMART/backup, office tools. Cleanup when the session ends.

Hosted Bel front desk

This site is the public ops desk. Describe the job, get a plan, and — when remote control ships — pair a portable connector so Bel can work on the PC over an outbound secure channel.

What Bel does

Deep IT, bench imaging, and business aide work — one service posture.

Diagnose & fix Local OS, services, network, and environment escalations when the machine blocks the tool — not refuse-lists.
Tech bench Client drives: identity, SMART, clone, selective copy, verify, evidence packs.
Office & books Sheets, SOPs, tickets, Beancount ledgers, PDF reports — integrations when your keys are on the stick or host.
Remote (next) Outbound connector + pairing for hosted control. Reserved at /remote — intentionally blank until that pass.

FixHold — pay for success

For paid remote support: pre-authorize a card hold up front. Belial captures only when a verified successful fix is recorded. Fail, cancel, or expiry → hold released, no charge.

Stripe capture wiring ships with the remote control slice. The product rule is fixed now.

How it works

Tell Bel the task at the front desk.

On-site: run the USB agent elevated. Remote: connector path coming — see /remote.

Bel executes tools as the OS allows; escalates only on environment blockers.

Session end → cleanup. FixHold captures only on verified success when billing is live.

Belial is a prototype service aide. Unrestricted tools on machines you authorize. Read the waiver before production use.
