Privacy policy

Belial Digital (“we”) runs belialdigital.com. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what you control.

What we collect

Order details: your name, email, shipping address, phone number (if you give one), what you bought, and your order history.
Payment details: Stripe handles these. We never see or store your full card number.
Messages you send us by email.
Technical data: our servers log basic request information such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We use this for security and to see which pages people visit. We don’t use advertising cookies. Your bag is kept in your own browser.

Why we use it

To make and deliver your order, and send order and shipping updates.
To answer your questions and handle problems with an order.
To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
To keep the accounting records the law requires.
To send marketing emails, only if you opt in. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the parties who need it to run your order: Stripe for payment, our production and fulfillment partners who make and pack your piece, shipping carriers, and our hosting provider. We run our own mail server. We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-site advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, usually up to seven years. We keep marketing-list data until you unsubscribe.

Your choices and rights

Email hello@belialdigital.com to get a copy of your data, correct it, delete it (except records we must keep by law), or stop marketing emails. If you live in California, the EU, the UK, or another place with privacy laws, you have the rights those laws give you. We’ll never treat you differently for using them.

Children

The shop isn’t aimed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Where your data lives

Our servers and partners may be outside your country. We protect your data wherever it’s processed.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
