These terms apply when you use belialdigital.com or buy from Belial Digital. Placing an order means you accept them.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars. When your payment goes through, we email a confirmation with your order id (BD-). We may cancel an order that has a clear pricing error or looks fraudulent. If we do, we refund you in full.

Payment

Cards are charged at checkout through Stripe.

Made to order

Each piece is made after you pay. Making usually takes 2–7 business days, and then the carrier delivers it. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping, duties and taxes

Shipping rates are listed on our shipping page. Orders shipped outside the US may owe import duties or taxes when they arrive. Those are paid by the buyer.

Product appearance

Colors can look slightly different on different screens. Sizing follows our size guide.

Designs

All designs, names, and images on this site belong to Belial Digital. Don’t copy or resell them without our written permission.

Using the site

Don’t misuse the site. That includes interfering with it, scraping it at scale, or placing fraudulent orders.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that can’t be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
